The spring you can drink!
Let us introduce you to a deliciously fresh colourful vitamin-filled smoothie with all the sweet taste of strawberries and carrots and the juiciness of Modì apples.
You can simply make it with iced water, milk or yogurt, or if you wish to make it richer, with oilseeds and dried fruits, for a bright, healthy and complete drink.
Ingredients for 2 people
Peeled, cored and chopped Modì apple | 1
Medium peeled carrots | 2
Medium strawberries | 10
Ice water qs (or milk, yogurt, vegetable milk, etc.)
Cane sugar | 1 teaspoon to sweeten (optional)
Preparation
Clean and chop the strawberries. Put them in the blender with the diced carrots and Modì apple. Add the sugar (if you wish) and as much ice water to reach your favourite consistency. Pour the smoothie inside 2 glasses or small bottles and enjoy immediately!

If you want a richer thicker smoothie, add natural yogurt or a bit of banana, or some dry fruits, like a handful of peeled almonds.
