When it’s hot, there’s nothing more refreshing than a delicious fruit smoothie, natural and thirst-quenching. Mango, coconut milk and papaya blend with the sweetness of Modì apples to create a fantastic vitaminic “cocktail” made even more nourishing and creamy by the addition of a couple of teaspoons of chia seed, which give you fibres, Omega 3 and vegetable proteins. A super-exotic tropical flavour that gives you the summer in a glass!
Ingredients for 2 - 3 glasses
Chopped Modì apple (leave the skin if you wish) | ½ apple
Mix of fresh mango and fresh papaya, diced | 150g (5 oz.)
Banana | 1 small
Natural chipped coconut | 1 tablespoonful
Chia seeds | 2 teaspoons
Coconut milk and ice cubes qs
A sprinkle of lime juice
Preparation
Sprinkle the fruit with a little lime juice and place it in the blender, add the chipped coconut (alternatively, use some grated dry coconut).
Blend with a few ice cubes and the right amount of cold coconut milk to obtain a creamy drink. Serve immediately.
